人工肾主要用于治疗肾功能衰竭引起的尿毒症.随着高新技术和透析原理的深人研究,人工肾技术目前已从血液透析演变为血液净化,不断衍生出新的治疗技术和模式,拓宽了其临床应用范围.组合型人工肾成为血液净化发展的趋势,本文就组合型人工肾的临床应用现状作一简述.
