党的十七大报告明确指出,要“推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,……兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮,激发全民族文化创造活力,提高国家文化软实力。”要“建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会。”这都为我们深化企业文化建设和进一步开展“创建学习型组织、争做知识型职工”活动(以下简称“创争”活动)指明了方向。然而,无法回避的是,目前很多企业一边在抓企业文化建设,同时又在开展“创争”活动。二者有没有关系?如果有关系,那么有哪些相同点和不同点?在提高企业软实力的具体实践中,如何将二者有机结合、相融发展呢?
