由广西水电工程局设计制造的爬轨式全液压滑动模板在全国重点工程岩滩水电站试制成功,且正式投入大坝溢流面的施工。该滑模设计合理、操作简便,适用于弧面(正弧和反弧)和溢流斜面以及其它斜坡面砼工程施工。该滑模具有多个滑动方向,可以上滑、反滑和下滑。模板是一条宽1m 的钢结构箱形梁,分段制造,用不同的组合可得到不同的跨度,以适应不同宽度的浇筑块施工。模板的滑动、工作平台调坡、模板顶升(顶离砼面以便下滑)和夹紧(以克服砼的浮托力)均用液压操纵和控制。轨道是两条平行的工字钢,根据溢流面的体型弯制,锚定在工作面上。
The track-mounted full hydraulic sliding template designed and manufactured by Guangxi Hydropower Engineering Bureau was trial-produced in the national key project Yantan Hydropower Station and was officially put into operation for the dam overflow surface. The slide design is reasonable, easy to operate, suitable for arc (arc and anti-arc) and overflow ramp and other slope concrete construction. The slide has multiple sliding directions that slide up, slide back, and slide down. The template is a 1m wide steel box girder, manufactured in sections, with different combinations to obtain different span, in order to adapt to different width of the pouring block construction. Template sliding, work platform slope, template jacking (from the concrete surface in order to glide) and clamping (to overcome the floating force of concrete) are used hydraulic control and control. The rails are two parallel I-beams, bent according to the size of the overflow surface and anchored to the work surface.
