随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,在城市核心区住宅建设中,高层框架剪力墙结构已经成为一种越来越常见的结构形式。框架剪力墙因其结构简单、方便灵活、成本低廉、使用工期短等优点一直被施工人员广泛使用。框架剪力墙可以满足多种建筑的建筑要求,即它的应用性很强。人们对高层建筑提出了更高难度的设计理念,框架剪力墙的具体结构也需要不断改善,这也使施工难度达到了新的高度。本文将通过对高层剪力墙结构的抗震设计进行探讨,以期能够对我国抗震技术在框架剪力墙结构设计中的应用起到促进作用。
With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in our country, high-rise frame-shear wall structure has become an increasingly common structural form in residential construction in the urban core area. Because of its simple structure, convenient and flexible, low cost and short duration of use, the frame shear wall has been widely used by construction workers. Frame shear wall to meet the architectural requirements of a variety of buildings, that is, it is very practical. People put forward more difficult design concepts for high-rise buildings, and the specific structure of the frame shear wall needs to be continuously improved, which also makes the construction difficulty reach a new height. In this paper, the seismic design of high-rise shear wall structure is discussed in order to promote the application of seismic technology in the structural design of frame-shear wall.
