目的:观察美乐涂膜剂治疗烧、烫伤的药效学。方法:采用高温水蒸气烫伤大鼠背部皮肤,造成皮肤浅Ⅱ°烫伤模型。观察美乐涂膜剂对皮肤创面愈合率、痊愈率、血管通透性、痛阈值、体温变化的影响。结果:美乐涂膜剂高、中剂量组能明显使烫伤皮肤愈合,甚至达到痊愈,降低毛细血管的通透性,提高痛阈值,降低由2,4-二硝基苯酚所致的高热。结论:美乐涂膜剂具有解热、镇痛、抗炎、减轻组织损伤及促进创面愈合的作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacodynamics of Melaleuca coating agent in treating burn and scald. Methods: The skin of the back of rats was scalded with high temperature steam, resulting in a shallow Ⅱ ° scald skin model. To observe the effects of Melaleuca on skin wound healing rate, cure rate, vascular permeability, pain threshold, body temperature changes. Results: The group of high and middle dose of Melaleuca coating agent could obviously heal the scald skin, even heal, reduce capillary permeability, increase the pain threshold and reduce the hyperthermia caused by 2,4-dinitrophenol. Conclusion: Melaleuca paints have antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, reduce tissue damage and promote wound healing.
