采用溶剂诱导挥发自组装和提拉法制备了以纯有序介孔碳为涂层的新型固相微萃取装置。利用N2吸附-脱附,扫描电镜对涂层材料的性质进行了表征。优化了萃取分析条件,采用顶空-固相微萃取的方法测定自来水中的甲苯和苯乙烯。与商品化涂层相比较,自制涂层具有萃取容量大、使用寿命长的优点。甲苯、苯乙烯含量在0.5~500μg/L内具有良好的线性,检出限为80 ng/L,RSD均小于12%。方法用于测定自来水中的甲苯与苯乙烯,加标回收率为90.2%和93.5%。
Solvent-induced volatilization self-assembly and Czochralski method were used to fabricate a novel solid-phase microextraction device with pure ordered mesoporous carbon as the coating. The properties of the coating materials were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption and scanning electron microscopy. The conditions of extraction and analysis were optimized, and toluene and styrene in tap water were determined by headspace-solid phase microextraction. Compared with the commercial coating, self-made coating has the advantages of large extraction capacity and long service life. Toluene, styrene content in 0.5 ~ 500μg / L with good linearity, the detection limit of 80 ng / L, RSD were less than 12%. The method was applied to the determination of toluene and styrene in tap water. The recoveries were 90.2% and 93.5% respectively.
