随着社会的发展和进步,人们生活水平逐渐提高,对生活质量的要求也越来越高。传统墙体材料的生产耗费大量能源,严重破坏生态环境,而新型墙体材料具有环保节能,制作简单的优点,符合低碳社会的要求。本文通过对国内外新型墙体材料状况进行研究分析,详细的论述了国内外新型墙体材料的创新领域和创新技术。目前,合浦县新墙材应用比较广泛的主要是页岩多孔砖和混凝土砌块,页岩多孔砖与普通烧结多孔砖相比,具有保温,隔热,轻质,高强和施工高效等特点;混凝土砌块的原料主要是水泥和集料,这两种原料的资源都很丰富,而且是地方性资源,减少运输成本,具有砌筑方便、墙面平整度好、施工效率高等优点。使用混凝土砌块代替普通烧结实心砖,可节约土地、节约能源、降低污染、提高综合效益,同时降低工程成本。
With the development and progress of society, people’s living standards have gradually improved, and the requirements for quality of life have also become higher and higher. The production of traditional wall materials consumes a lot of energy and severely damages the ecological environment. The new wall materials have the advantages of environmental protection, energy conservation and simple production, and meet the requirements of low-carbon society. This article analyzes the status of new wall materials at home and abroad, and discusses in detail the innovative fields and innovative technologies of new wall materials at home and abroad. At present, the most widely used new wall materials in Hepu County are shale perforated bricks and concrete blocks. Compared with common sintered perforated bricks, shale perforated bricks have the characteristics of heat preservation, heat insulation, light weight, high strength and high construction efficiency. The raw materials of concrete blocks are mainly cement and aggregates. The resources of these two kinds of raw materials are very rich, and they are local resources, reduce transportation costs, and have the advantages of convenient masonry, good wall surface roughness, and high construction efficiency. The use of concrete blocks instead of ordinary sintered solid bricks can save land, save energy, reduce pollution, improve overall efficiency, and reduce project costs.
