细胞S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)是新近发现的一种癌基因,在多数恶性肿瘤中表达增高,研究表明,Skp2在头颈肿瘤中的表达有助于了解肿瘤的发生、发展、分化程度及预后,对肿瘤的治疗提供生物学依据。本文就Skp2与头颈肿瘤的关系作一综述。
Skp2 is a newly discovered oncogene, which is highly expressed in most malignant tumors. The study shows that the expression of Skp2 in head and neck cancer can help to understand the occurrence, development, differentiation, Prognosis, provide biological basis for the treatment of cancer. This article reviews the relationship between Skp2 and head and neck cancer.
