目的:对鄂西民族药铁箍散的有效成分及其抗病毒作用进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析分离,IR、MS等方法鉴定其结构,并进行抗病毒实验。结果:从铁箍散中分离出1个化合物,鉴定为尿囊素,抗病毒研究表明它有抑制流感病毒的作用。结论:尿囊素为首次从铁箍散中分离得到,抗病毒研究为铁箍散临床应用提供了有力的理论基础。
Objective: To study the active ingredients and antiviral effects of the Chinese medicine iron hoop powder in western Hubei. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by IR, MS and other methods. Antiviral experiments were performed. RESULTS: A compound was isolated from iron hoop powder and identified as allantoin. Antiviral studies have shown that it has an inhibitory effect on influenza virus. Conclusion: Allantoin was isolated from iron hoop powder for the first time. Antiviral research provided a strong theoretical basis for the clinical application of iron hoop powder.
