对同一家系13例遗传性运动-感觉性神经病患者进行了BAEP、SEP、VEP测定。结果发现:BAEP共有65个指标参数,其中56个指标异常(占86.2％);SEP:13例患者有12例异常(占92.3％),显示周围神经通路与中枢神经通路同时受累;VEP:13例患者有10例异常(占76.9％)。3种电位与正常组比较有明显差异(P<0.001)。
BAEP, SEP and VEP were measured in 13 cases of hereditary motor-sensory neuropathy in the same pedigree. The results showed that there were 65 index parameters in BAEP, of which 56 indicators were abnormal (86.2%); SEP: 12 cases were abnormal in 13 cases (92.3%), which showed that peripheral nerve pathways were involved with CNS pathways; VEP: 13 10 cases of patients with abnormal (76.9%). Three kinds of potential compared with the normal group were significantly different (P <0.001).
