近两年,为适应新媒体发展形势,创新宣传手段,各级人民政府及职能部门纷纷开通政务微博,形成了一阵微博热。微博作为新媒体的典型代表,加强了政府与民众的沟通联系,极大提升了群众参政议政的热情。但热潮过后,也暴露出来一些问题,如“僵尸微博”、问政流于形式等。如何正确认识微博、掌握微博、熟练运用微博,将微博问政作为政府宣传、舆论引导、重塑政府宣传公信力的有效形式,是需要引起各级政府重视的问题。
In the past two years, in order to adapt to the development of new media and innovate propaganda tools, people’s governments at all levels and functional departments have all started the microblogging of government affairs, forming a hot issue of microblogging. Weibo, as a typical representative of new media, has strengthened the communication between the government and the public and greatly enhanced the enthusiasm of the masses in participating in politics. But after the upsurge, but also exposed some problems, such as “zombie Weibo ”, asked the political flow in the form and so on. How to correctly understand microblogging, master microblogging, apply microblogging proficiently, use microblogging as a government propaganda, guide public opinion and reshape the effective form of government propaganda and credibility is a problem that needs attention from governments at all levels.
