目的研究InLab MC XL系统不同隙料厚度对Cerec Blocs全瓷冠边缘和内部适合性的影响。方法制备右上颌第一磨牙全冠预备体模型并翻制硅橡胶阴模,分别灌制全瓷石膏、超硬石膏预备体模型各30个。30个全瓷石膏预备体用于光学印模采集,获得30个数字化代型并完全随机分为6组分别设置不同隙料厚度值:0(A组)、10(B组)、20(C组)、30(D组)、40μm(E组)和50μm(F组),每组5个。30个超硬石膏预备体用于全瓷冠黏结,经包埋、剖开后,体式显微镜扫描试件剖面。结果 C、D组边缘适合性均介于30~120μm,内部适合性均介于30~300μm。C组与D组冠边缘适合性比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。C、D组冠内部适合性不均匀,面适合性相对较大。结论当隙料厚度为20、30μm时,全瓷冠的边缘和内部适合性均在临床可接受范围内;30μm的冠边缘适合性优于20μm,但20、30μm的冠面适合性较差。
Objective To investigate the effect of different thickness of InLab MC XL system on the edge and internal suitability of Cerec Blocs all-ceramic crowns. Methods Preparation of the right maxillary first molar crown preparation body model and inverted silicone rubber negative mold, were cast all-ceramic gypsum, super anhydrite preparation model 30 each. A total of 30 all-ceramic gypsum preparations were used for optical impression collection and 30 digital generation were obtained and randomly divided into 6 groups with different gap thickness values: 0 (group A), 10 (group B), 20 (C Group), 30 (group D), 40 μm (group E) and 50 μm (group F), five in each group. Thirty (30) anhydrite preparations were used for all-ceramic crowns, embedded and dissected, and then examined by microscope. Results The marginal suitability of group C and D both ranged from 30 to 120 μm, and the internal suitability ranged from 30 to 300 μm. There was a significant difference in the suitability between the C group and the D group (P <0.05). The internal suitability of C and D crowns was uneven, and the adaptability of noodles was relatively large. Conclusion When the thickness of the gap is 20μm and 30μm, the marginal and internal fit of the all-ceramic crowns are within the clinically acceptable range. The marginal suitability of the 30μm crowns is better than 20μm. However, the coronal plane fit of 20μm and 30μm is poor .
