罗汉果维生素含量高,是用作治疗支气管炎的良药。它害温暖凉爽、湿润多雾、昼夜温差大、无霜期长以及土壤深厚疏松肥沃、排水良好的环境。在20～30℃的气温下生长旺盛,低于20℃生长缓慢,10℃开始落叶枯藤,5℃以下块茎需防寒覆盖,幼苗期耐荫,结果植株在阳光充足而又无强烈西晒的地方生长良好。6～7月份开花,雌雄异株,秋分前开的花均为有效花,8～10月份为果熟期,11月下旬茎蔓逐渐枯死,以块茎越冬。现将栽培技术介绍如下:
