作者对国内近几年来发表的碳硫自动滴定仪器的资料作了分析比较,发现普遍存在以下一些问题:光电转换、自动控制没有稳压电源,仪器深受电源电压波动的影响.自动滴定阀采用中间继电器控制,乳胶管滴定标准溶液,乳胶管易老化失灵,且和碘标准溶液发生反应,使其浓度显著变稀.自动滴定阀的电源通过中间继电器转换,中间继电器的起动和截止惯性大,给滴定标准溶液带来一定的误差.有人应用电磁阀直接滴定标准溶液,对于电磁阀所产生的热量未采
The authors analyzed and compared the data of carbon-sulfur auto-titration instruments published in China in recent years and found that there are some common problems such as photoelectric conversion and automatic control without power supply and the instrument is greatly influenced by power supply voltage fluctuations.
