角膜的胚胎发育是从晶体泡与表面外胚层分离之后开始。晶体泡陷入视杯以后,留在表面的外胚层细胞就发育成角膜上皮。在表面外胚层和晶体泡之间伸入的中胚层组织,发商成角膜内皮细胞及角膜实质层。我们观察了676例7周至足月胚胎及胎儿眼球角膜的发育情况。兹将结果报导如下。材料和方法取出胚胎、胎儿眼球以Bouin氏液或5%福尔马林固定。第11周以前的眼球行石蜡包埋。第三个月的眼球以石蜡或火棉胶包埋。第四个月至足月的眼球均用火棉胶包埋。包埋的眼球行连续切片。苏木素——伊红染色。部分眼球还用PAS及阿新兰(pH2.5)
Corneal embryonic development begins after the detachment of the lens from the surface ectoderm. After the crystal bubble into the optic cup, leaving the surface of the ectodermal cells developed corneal epithelium. Mesodermal tissue extending between the surface ectoderm and the crystalline vesicle, the keratocyte endothelial cells and the corneal parenchyma. We observed the development of 676 7-week full-term embryos and fetal corneas. The results are reported below. Materials and Methods Embryos were removed and fetal eyeballs were fixed with Bouin’s solution or 5% formalin. The eyeball before the 11th week was embedded in paraffin. The third month’s eye was embedded with paraffin or collodion. The fourth month to the full moon eyeballs are embedded with fire cotton glue. Embedding the eyeball row serial section. Hematoxylin-eosin staining. Part of the eye is also used PAS and a new blue (pH2.5)
