深基坑施工涉及地质与水文条件、基础类型、基坑开挖深度、降排水条件、周边环境、周边荷载、施工季节、支护结构等因素。结合上海江湾老干部休养所综合楼的深基坑施工,对钢支撑安装、真空深井降水及有支撑下土方开挖技术进行阐述。钢管内支撑下分块、分层、分段式开挖土方,可使施工过程安全、快速、经济,基坑稳定性良好。
Deep pit construction involves geological and hydrological conditions, foundation types, pit excavation depth, drainage and drainage conditions, surrounding environment, surrounding loads, construction seasons, and supporting structures. Combined with the construction of the deep foundation pit of the Jiangwan Old Cadre Rest Complex, the steel support installation, vacuum deep well dewatering, and earth excavation technology under support are described. The sub-block, stratified and segmented excavation of earthwork under the internal support of the steel pipe can make the construction process safe, fast and economical, and the foundation pit has good stability.
