目的建立药品和保健品软胶囊壳中有害元素铬的检测方法。方法采用石墨炉-原子吸收分光光度法进行测定,波长357.9nm,狭缝宽度为0.7nm,氘灯作为背景校正,微波消解对样品进行前处理。结果回归方程:Y=0.010 16 X+0.001 32,在0~50μg·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998 9),方法的检出限为0.02mg·kg-1,定量限为0.08mg·kg-1。高中低3个质量浓度平均回收率分别为101.4%,100.8%和99.7%,RSD分别为1.9%,2.1%和3.2%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,适用于药品和保健品软胶囊壳中有害元素铬的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chromium, a harmful element in soft capsule shells of medicines and health products. The method was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry with the wavelength of 357.9nm and the slit width of 0.7nm. The deuterium lamp was used as the background correction. The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion. Results The regression equation was: Y = 0.010 16 X + 0.001 32, with good linearity (r = 0.998 9) in the range of 0-50 μg · L-1. The detection limit was 0.02 mg · kg-1 and the limit of quantification was 0.08 mg · kg-1. The average recoveries of three high, middle and low concentrations were 101.4%, 100.8% and 99.7% respectively, with RSDs of 1.9%, 2.1% and 3.2%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of chromium in the soft capsule shell of medicines and health products.
