目的:分析妇产科护理管理中形成安全文化的效果。方法:选取怀集县人民医院妇产科住院患者60例,收治时间为2014年8月至2015年10月,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规妇产科护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上再采用安全文化管理,比较对照组和观察组患者护理后的护理质量、服务态度评分和满意度。结果:观察组患者管理后对护理人员护理质量、服务态度评分、满意度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安全文化在妇产科护理管理中具有良好的管理效果,不仅能提高护理质量和服务态度评分,还能增加患者对护理人员的满意度。
Objective: To analyze the effect of safety culture in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods: 60 cases of inpatients in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Huaiji County People’s Hospital were selected and the treatment time was from August 2014 to October 2015. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine maternity Section nursing management, the observation group in the control group based on the safety culture management, comparison of the control group and observation group after nursing care quality, service attitude score and satisfaction. Results: After the management of the patients in the observation group, the quality of nursing care, service attitude score and satisfaction were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The safety culture has a good management effect in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management, which can not only improve nursing quality and service attitude scores, but also increase patients’ satisfaction with nursing staff.
