夏雨幼儿园项目的基地位于青浦新城区的边缘。从大的地域特征来看,在上海周边几个卫星城镇中,青浦是仍然保留着一些江南水乡民居的区县之一。但青浦新城区是在一片农田中建设起来的,与青浦老城区有比较远的距离,因此当地建筑不会给幼儿园所在的区域造成影响。基地周边一片空旷,连传统意义上的城市感受也不存在。而基地东侧的高架高速公路及西侧的河流却对设计产生了决定性的影响。高架高速公 The base of the Xia Yu Nursery Project is located on the edge of the new district of Qingpu. Judging from the large geographical features, among the several satellite towns surrounding Shanghai, Qingpu is one of the districts and counties that still retains some of the residential areas in the Jiangnan Water Town. However, Qingpu New Town is built in a farmland and has a long distance from Qingpu Old Town. Therefore, the local building will not affect the area where the kindergarten is located. The area around the base is empty, and even the traditional sense of the city does not exist.
