法律课具有2个特点:一是专业性强,常涉及许多专业名词或具体规章制度;二是实践性突出,涉及社会生活的各方面。初学者因基础知识欠缺、社会经历不够,往往难以理解具体内容。因此,教师在教学中如能列举一些与所讲内容密切相关的、生动活泼的、贴近生活的例子,对于增强学生理解力、准确把握知识点等都会收到事半功倍的效果。笔者就如何举好例子、用好例子谈点自己的看法。 Law courses have two characteristics: First, highly specialized, often involving many professional terms or specific rules and regulations; second practical highlight, involving all aspects of social life. Beginners due to lack of basic knowledge, social experience is not enough, often difficult to understand the specific content. Therefore, in teaching, teachers can cite some lively and life-like examples that are closely related to the content they are talking about, and will have a multiplier effect for enhancing students’ understanding and accurately grasping knowledge points.
