1 前言在实际工作中,决策是建立在多学科理论和大量信息基础上判断、策划和指令的统一,领导者只有准确掌握本单位内外各种情况,才能做出正确的决策。当然,经验是宝贵的,但仅有经验还不足以准确地把握本单位的发展方向。所以,领导者要不断涉猎新理论,勤奋学习,掌握更多的领导科学和决策理论,为决策奠定扎实的基础。在一个组织机构,它的管理效果受多种因素的影响,其中一个因素就是领导者所采用的领导行为是否得当。而评价领导行为有效性的理论有许多,目前大多数专家学者认为用情景理论来评价和分析领导行为的有效性是比较好的一种方法。情景理论有效的领导行为应该根据领导者的
1 Introduction In practical work, decision-making is based on the integration of judgments, planning and directives based on multidisciplinary theories and a large amount of information.
