目的观察皮肤物理抗菌膜(洁悠神)预防导尿管伴随性尿路感染的临床效果。方法将84例留置导尿管患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各42例。对照组采用常规清水冲洗加碘伏消毒,干预组采用常规清水冲洗辅以洁悠神喷洒导尿管和尿道口。分别于留置导尿管第1、7、14天留取中段尿液进行细菌培养,比较2组尿路感染情况。结果尿培养结果显示,留置尿管后第1天2组患者尿路感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组第7、14天尿路感染率分别为14.28%、33.33%;干预组第7、14天尿路感染率分别为0、11.90%,2组尿路感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规清水冲洗基础上加用洁悠神喷洒能有效降低导尿管伴随性尿路感染率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of skin physical antimicrobial film (JYU) in preventing catheter-associated urinary tract infection. Methods Eighty-four indwelling catheter patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine water flushing and iodophor disinfection. The intervention group was rinsed with regular water and supplemented with JUC to spray the ureter and urethra. Respectively indwelling catheter on the 1st, 7th, 14th day to take the middle of the urine for bacterial culture, urinary tract infection in two groups were compared. Results Urine culture showed that there was no significant difference in urinary tract infection rate between the two groups on the first day after catheter placement (P> 0.05). Urinary tract infection rates on the 7th and 14th day in the control group were 14.28% and 33.33% respectively. Urinary tract infection rates on the 7th and 14th day in the intervention group were 0 and 11.90%, respectively. The urinary tract infection rates in the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions It is worth to popularize and apply in clinical application that adding JY spray on the basis of routine water flushing can effectively reduce the urinary tract infection rate associated with urinary catheter.
