技工院校实训中心的文化建设工作,是实训中心建设的一个重要组成部分。本文通过对实训中心文化建设的基本概念、实施途径进行描述,力图探索文化建设对实训中心的重要性表现。
The cultural construction of technical training center in technical colleges is an important part of the construction of training center. This article describes the basic concept and implementation of cultural training in the training center and attempts to explore the importance of cultural construction to the training center.
