α-萘黄酮能抑制多芳环类化合物与RNA、DNA以及蛋白质结合,因而能抑制细胞癌变;对皮肤癌和肺腺癌等都有一定的抑制作用。其合成大多采用Baker-Venkataraman重排、Allankobinson缩合等方法。但这些方法均不能直接合成B环带有酚羟基的α-萘黄酮类化
α-naphthoflavone can inhibit polyaromatic compounds and RNA, DNA and protein binding, which can inhibit cell carcinogenesis; on skin cancer and lung adenocarcinoma and so have a certain degree of inhibition. Most of its synthesis using Baker-Venkataraman rearrangement, Allankobinson condensation and other methods. However, none of these methods directly synthesize α-naphthoflavone with a phenolic hydroxyl group on ring B
