一个企业从创立初期的一个小公司,发展壮大为上市,乃至跨国大型企业是企业上上下下员工共同努力的结果。然而在企业管理当中,能否吸引人才,留住人才的关键就在于企业对于员工日常工作的一个绩效管理以及企业所制定的员工薪酬管理制度。薪酬管理必须遵循公平性的原则,同时,薪酬管理的公平性对于企业员工对于自己的薪酬满意程度、对公司的情感以及日常工作的积极性都是有着重要的影响。并且,企业员工的工作绩效与公司盈利也直接或者间接性的受其影响。因此,一个企业要想不断的提高员工工作的绩效,进一步的为企业创造更多的价值,不断的提高公司员工的积极性就需要企业必需的坚持薪酬管理的公平性。
