使用计算流体力学的方法,计算增加压力平衡槽后间隙密封中的流场分布。描述了二维N-S方程、连续方程和压力方程的差分计算格式。给出了上述方程的边界条件。计算了一个实例、用计算机绘出它的彩色流速分布和三维压力分布、能量分布图。分析造成能量损失的原因和相互关系,讨论增加密封能力,减少泄漏量的措施。
Computational fluid dynamics was used to calculate the flow field distribution in the gap seal after the pressure balance tank was increased. Described the two-dimensional N-S equation, continuous equation and differential pressure equation of the differential calculation format. The boundary conditions of the above equation are given. An example was calculated and its color flow rate distribution and three-dimensional pressure distribution and energy distribution chart were plotted by computer. Analyze the causes of the energy loss and their relationship, and discuss measures to increase the sealing capacity and reduce the amount of leakage.
