目的对密花石豆兰中的水溶性酚酸类成分进行研究。方法采用大孔树脂HP20,Sephadex LH-20和ODS等多种柱色谱方法进行分离,利用化合物的理化常数并结合波谱解析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从密花石豆兰的水溶性成分中共分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为3羟-基-苯乙醇-4-O-(6′-O-β-芹呋喃糖基)-β-D-葡吡喃糖苷(1),3甲-氧基-苯乙醇-4-O-β-D-葡吡喃糖苷(2),3,5二-甲氧基苯乙醇-4O--β-D-葡吡喃糖苷(3),syringin(4)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为bu lbophyllinoside。
Objective To study the water-soluble phenolic acids in Dalbergia guineensis. Methods Separation with macroporous resin HP20, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS were performed. The physicochemical constants of the compounds were used together with the spectral analysis to identify the structures of the compounds. Results A total of four compounds were isolated from the water-soluble components of D. dendrocti. They were identified as 3 hydroxy-yl-phenylethanol-4-O-(6’-O-β-celinofuranosyl)-β-D-. Glucopyranoside (1), 3-methyloxy-phenylethanol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3,5-dimethoxyphenethyl-4O-β-D -glucopyranoside (3), syringin (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named bu lbophyllinoside.
