殡仪馆作为具有公益性质的事业单位,属于一个特殊的部门,其档案管理工作也具有自身的特点。但在当前信息化环境下,对殡仪馆档案工作也提出了新的要求,需要殡仪馆档案管理工作能够与时俱进,加快实现现代化管理的进程,使其能够更好的满足人们在殡葬服务方面的需求。文中从档案管理现代化的含义入手,对目前殡仪馆档案现代化管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步对加强殡仪馆档案现代化管理的具体方法进行了阐述。
Funeral parlor as a public welfare institution, belongs to a special department, its file management also has its own characteristics. However, under the current information environment, new requirements have also been put on file work of funeral parlors, which requires the work of file management of funeral parlors to keep pace with the times and speed up the process of modern management to enable them to better meet the needs of people in funeral services demand. This article starts with the meaning of file management modernization and analyzes the problems existing in the modern management of file in funeral parlor and further elaborates the concrete methods to strengthen the modern management of file in funeral parlor.
