气液膜接触器系膜吸收、膜蒸馏和膜结构填料等新型膜分离过程的总称,它使用高分子多孔膜将两种流体分隔开,膜孔界面为两流体相提供快速传递的场所。与传统化学化工分离器相比,该类膜组器具有高效节能、操作顺畅的优势,近年来逐渐成为分离科学研究的重点。简述上述三种典型的气液膜接触器的工作原理和操作方式,分析比较其结构、材料和实际分离效率的差异,从高分子膜材料、成膜方式以及膜材料的改性方法等方面,着重介绍近年来相关领域多孔膜材料研究的最新进展。
Gas-liquid membrane contactors are the general term for new membrane separation processes such as mesangial absorption, membrane distillation and membrane packing. They use a polymer porous membrane to separate two fluids, and the membrane pore interface provides a place for rapid delivery of the two fluid phases. Compared with the traditional chemical chemical separators, this type of membrane array has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and smooth operation, and has gradually become the focus of separation science research in recent years. The differences in structure, material and actual separation efficiency are analyzed and compared.
