目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白-1(LMP1)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测57例鼻咽癌组织中LMP1、COX-2及VEGF-C在鼻咽癌组织中的表达。结果:鼻咽癌组织中LMP1、COX-2及VEGF-C表达率分别为49.1%(28/57)、75.4%(43/57)和59.6%(34/57);经Spearman相关分析,它们之间呈相互正相关关系(均P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌中LMP1及COX-2可能直接上调VEGF-C表达,或者LMP1通过促进COX-2表达上调VEGF-C表达,从而对肿瘤的淋巴转移及发生发展起到促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and Epstein-Barr virus latent membrane protein-1 (LMP1) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their relationship. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LMP1, COX-2 and VEGF-C in 57 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues. Results: The expression rates of LMP1, COX-2 and VEGF-C in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 49.1% (28/57), 75.4% (43/57) and 59.6% (34/57), respectively. According to Spearman correlation analysis, Were positively correlated with each other (all P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: LMP1 and COX-2 may directly upregulate VEGF-C expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, or LMP1 may up-regulate the expression of VEGF-C by up-regulating COX-2 expression, thereby promoting lymph node metastasis and development.
