人才资源是企业最宝贵的资源,企业要实现战略发展,必须首先抓好人才战略发展,这已经得到越来越多的共识,国家“十三五”规划中也强调人才优先发展概念,如何确保人才优先发展,如何有效落地,本文以广西分公司为例,从企业战略规划发展为出发点来论述人才优先发展战略,着力强调人才优先发展战略与企业战略发展应相契合,而不能脱离企业战略发展来谈重视人才和发展人才,要将人才发展战略融入企业发展战略,并置于优先发展地位,从而全面激发人才潜力和活力,促进企业核心竞争力和组织健康度的提升,让企业拥有更蓬勃的未来,让员工获得更幸福的生活。
