绩效管理是企业日常管理的中心工作,直接影响着企业的竞争力。笔者介绍了当前我国企业在绩效管理中存在的问题,又分析了精细化管理在企业绩效管理工作中的应用,以期在企业管理工作中起到一定的指导作用。
Performance management is the central task of day-to-day management of enterprises and directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises. The author introduces the current problems in China’s enterprises in performance management, and analyzes the application of refined management in corporate performance management in order to play a guiding role in corporate management.
