基于锻造工业决策的复杂性和工厂激烈的竞争现状,迫切需要提出一种新的机制来实现各个层级之间信息流的协作和优化。本文分析了具备集成化决策机制的信息系统的实施难点,针对标准化和信息在不同层级之间的流通,结合当前锻造工厂的生产需求提出了一种基于ANSI/ISA95标准模型搭建的工厂模型,包括层次模型、功能数据流模型和对象模型,提高了信息的互通性、协作性、重复利用性,优化了工厂的系统全局决策,为数字化锻造工厂集成化部署提供了基础框架。
Based on the complexity of forging industry decision-making and the fierce competition status of the factory, it is urgent to propose a new mechanism to achieve the collaboration and optimization of information flow at all levels. This paper analyzes the implementation difficulties of the information system with integrated decision-making mechanism. In view of the standardization and the circulation of information between different levels, a factory model based on the ANSI / ISA95 standard model is proposed according to the current production requirements of forging factories, including Hierarchical model, functional data flow model and object model to improve the interoperability of information, collaboration, reusability, optimize the plant’s global system decision-making, digital forging factory integrated deployment provides the basic framework.
