本省公路经过几年来整修,已大部通车,惟以原有路基较差,养护组织不健全,很多路线均未能获得适当养护,甚至有的未加养护,以致行车仍感困难。为便利城乡物资交流,解决广大人民的供求需要,以迎接大规模的经济建设,整修公路实为今冬重要任务之一。各级人民政府应抓紧冬闲时机,动员公路沿线民工进行整修,除应遵照中央人民政府政务院颁布民工整修公路的暂行规定及华东军政委员会颁布民工整修公 After several years of renovations, most of the highways in our province have been opened to traffic.
