近年来,我们白求恩医科大学第三临床医学院坚持以病人为中心,深化医院改革,以实现全程优质服务、改善服务态度、提高服务质量为目标,以争创百佳医院为契机,加强组织制度建设,强化监督约束机制,把行风建设纳入规范化、制度化、程序化、标准化的科学管理轨道,取得了一些经验。一、重视制度建设,完善约束机制行风建设,组织领导是关键。我院自上而下建立了一套完整的行风建设领导机构,书记、院长挂帅,支部书记、科主任及有关职能科室领导担负重要责任,党政齐抓共管。制度建设是纠正行业不正之风的根本保证。在重申各项规章制度的同时,医院又根据形势和任务
