用紫外分光光度法［１］测定阿昔洛韦擦剂中阿昔洛韦的含量。测定波长为２５１．５ｍｍ，线性范围为（１．９１７～８．３０７）μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为９９．２３％，相对标准偏差（ＲＳＤ）为０．０５８％。该法简单、快速、重现性好。
Determination of acyclovir in acyclovir liniment by UV spectrophotometry [1]. The determination wavelength was 251.5 mm and the linear range was (1.917 ~ 8.307) μg / ml. The average recovery was 99.23% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.058%. The method is simple, fast and reproducible.
