乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(HcV)感染肝细胞之后,肝炎病毒蛋白的表达对与肝细胞中正常的信号转导通路产生显著的影响。肝炎病毒蛋白对于肝细胞信号转导的影响,势必影响肝细胞的细胞周期、细胞凋亡、细胞生长以及细胞的恶性转化等环节.因为这些细胞的基本的生命活动现象,都与细胞正常的信号转导有关.肝炎病蛋白对于肝细胞的信号调节的影响,一方面通过蛋白-蛋白之间的相互作用而实现,另一方面也通过对于肝细胞基因表达谱的影响而实现.因此,利用现代分子生物学技术,对肝炎病毒蛋白结合的蛋白基因研究,利用基因差异表达技术对肝炎病毒蛋白反式调节的靶基因进行筛选,阐明肝炎病毒蛋白表达时,能够上调和下调的靶基因类型,对于深入研究肝细胞获得肝炎病毒基因表达之后信号转导途径具有十分重要的意义.
