校长是校本培训的第一责任人,理解中小学教师的校本培训需要把握四个关键点,一是培训主导者,以校长为核心的校本培训管理团队全面负责培训的设计与组织实施;二是培训对象,即本校全体教师,培训应做到更精确的分层、分类、分岗,以满足教师促进工作与专业发展的双重目标;三是培训主题,必须充分体现本校的问题和本校教师的需要;四是培训场景,以本校为主培训场,同时根据培训需要充分整合和利用相关培训场景。校本培训项目的设计则需要关注六个要素:主题,目标,课程/活动,师资,成果,评价。
The principal is the first person responsible for school-based training. The design of school-based training programs needs to focus on six elements: topics, goals, courses / activities, faculty, outcomes, evaluations.
