当前我国老龄化问题日益严峻,离退休干部管理问题成为应对老龄化问题的手段之一。本文针对现行离退休干部管理过程中出现的配套不到位、制度不到位、认识不到位等问题,提出一条逐渐深入的改善思路,并具体化为:树立对离退休干部管理工作的正确认识;加强为离退休干部提供的生活保障;引导离退休干部发挥优势、贡献余热等三个方面。
At present, the problem of aging in our country is becoming more and more serious, and the issue of the management of retired cadres has become one of the measures to tackle the problem of aging. In this paper, aiming at the problems such as inadequate supporting system, inadequate system and lack of understanding in the process of management of retired cadres, this article proposes a gradually deepening idea of improvement and concretely as follows: establishing a correct understanding of the management of retired cadres; For retired cadres to provide life support; guide retired cadres to play advantages, contribution to waste heat and other three aspects.
