以乌H_4比的母本081和父本NS40-37为材料,通过田间和室内试验,对马铃薯蕾花果脱落过程中内源激素变化进行研究,阐明了内源激素的变化规律及IAA、GA_3、ABA、Z、ZR对蕾花果脱落的具体作用方式;同时研究了不同光周期和光照强度与脱落的关系及所引起的内源激素的变化。结果表明,蕾花果中ABA含量升高是引起脱落的主要原因,不利的外界因素可诱发ABA的变化,而长光周期和充足的光照有助于减少蕾、花、果的脱落。
The changes of endogenous hormones in the process of exfoliation of potato flower buds were studied by field experiments and in-house experiments, using the female 08 and female parent NS40-37 with H_4 ratio as the material. The changes of endogenous hormones and IAA, GA_3 , ABA, Z, ZR on the flower buds shedding the specific mode of action; at the same time studied the different photoperiod and light intensity and shedding relationship and the changes caused by endogenous hormones. The results showed that the increase of ABA content was the main cause of shedding. The unfavorable external factors could induce the change of ABA. However, the long photoperiod and sufficient light could help to reduce the loss of bud, flower and fruit.
