面对海南国际旅游岛的发展需求,围绕公司“十二五”发展战略目标,海南联通坚持“民生为重、服务为先”导向,以“让客户满意消费,让信息服务民生”为主题,积极推进为民服务创先争优活动,将企业融合与发展、服务社会与民生相结合,通过构建大服务体系,不断完善网络质量,改善和提升客户感知,全面提升窗口服务、信息化建设、网络质量、团队建设等综合服务能力,使多项创先争优成果惠及民生、服务大众,使“为民服务创先争优”活动真正成为促进公司经营发展、提升综合服务能力的有力抓手,有效地助推海南国际旅游岛社会经济信息化进程。
