研究了表面处理槽液中蒸汽加热换热器的设计方法,讨论了热负荷、传热系数、传热平均温度差等数据的获取方式以及计算换热面积的数学模型。以氧化磷化槽为例,介绍了列管式蒸汽换热器的制作方法。实践证明,新设计的列管式蒸汽加温装置使加温时间从原来的4.5h减少到96min,能源利用效率从原来的2.2%提高到87.4%。
The design method of steam heating heat exchanger in surface treatment tank was studied. The acquisition methods of heat load, heat transfer coefficient, mean temperature difference of heat transfer and the mathematical model of heat transfer area were discussed. Taking the oxidation phosphating tank as an example, the production method of the tube-type steam heat exchanger is introduced. Practice has proved that the newly designed tube steam heating device to heating time from the original 4.5h reduced to 96min, energy efficiency increased from the original 2.2% to 87.4%.
