通过测定合金在不同pH值的含lmol/L Cl~- 的水溶液中的阳极极化曲线,绘制了四种铁素体不锈钢的实验电位-pH图,从而研究Cu及Al元素对不锈钢耐蚀性能的影响.在18Cr-2Mo铁素体不锈钢中添加0.55%的Cu使点蚀击穿电位E_b正移.对局部腐蚀的萌生起阻滞作用.添加0.15%的Al也同样对局部腐蚀起阻滞作用.同时还能减小在酸性介质中活化峰的临界电流密度i_cr,对铁素体不锈钢的耐蚀性能有利.
By measuring the anodic polarization curve of the alloy in aqueous solution containing 1mol / L Cl ~ - at different pH values, the experimental potential-pH diagram of four kinds of ferritic stainless steel was drawn to study the corrosion resistance of Cu and Al on stainless steel .The addition of 0.55% Cu to 18Cr-2Mo ferritic stainless steel causes the pitting breakdown potential E_b to shift positively, which has a block effect on the initiation of local corrosion.The addition of 0.15% Al also blocks the local corrosion While reducing the critical current density i_cr activation peak in acidic medium, corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel is beneficial.
