为探讨几何参数对可倾瓦动压止推气体轴承承载能力的影响,在自行设计的止推轴承实验台上进行了大量的实验研究,得出了一些几何参数取值的最佳范围.应用有限元法对平面扇形可倾瓦及曲面扇形可倾瓦进行了理论计算,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了对比,得出了曲面瓦优于平面瓦等一些有益的结论.
In order to investigate the influence of geometrical parameters on bearing capacity of dynamic tilting-pad thrust gas bearing, a lot of experimental studies have been carried out on a self-designed thrust bearing test bench, and some optimal geometrical parameters have been obtained. The finite element method is used to calculate the planar fan-shaped tilting pad and the curved fan-shaped tilting pad, and the calculated results are compared with the experimental data. Some useful conclusions are obtained that the curved pad is superior to the planar pad.
