随着临床左氧氟沙星应用范围的扩大,有关其不良反应的报道也逐渐增多。为了解左氧氟沙星致过敏性休克的特点,为临床安全合理用药提供依据,查阅了1998～2008年国内相关文献,对左氧氟沙星引起的过敏性休克及死亡的报道进行统计、分析。
With the clinical application of levofloxacin to expand the coverage of the reports of its adverse reactions have gradually increased.
