以 P138等 8个玉米自交系进行不完全双列杂交 ,在 1997~ 1999年用新月弯孢菌的孢子悬液分别对亲本、F1 、F2 、BC群体进行接种鉴定 ,采用加性 -显性 -上位性 (ADAA)模型进行遗传分析。结果表明 :玉米对弯孢菌叶斑病的抗性遗传以加性效应和显性效应为主 ,它们可解释表型变异的 6 9.5 8%。从加性效应和显性效应的预测值来看 ,自交系P138和 P131B可以作为玉米对弯孢菌叶斑病的抗病育种材料
Incomplete diallel cross was performed on 8 maize inbred lines such as P138. The parents, F1, F2 and BC populations were inoculated with the spore suspension of Curvularia lunata from 1997 to 1999 respectively. Sex - Epistasis (ADAA) model for genetic analysis. The results showed that the inheritance of maize resistance to Curvularia leaf spot was dominated by additive and dominant effects, which explained 6 9.58% of phenotypic variation. In terms of the additive effect and the predictive value of the dominant effect, the inbred lines P138 and P131B can be used as the breeding materials for the resistance to Curvularia leaf spot in corn
