本文就真菌抗原的种类及其纯化、抗真菌抗体的纯化及其特异性以及血清学在农副产品污染真菌检测中的应用等方面进行了综述。用于农副产品中污染真菌血清学检测的真菌抗原主要是分泌于胞外的蛋白质和多糖,其分离纯化的方法与一般蛋白质和多糖的分离纯化方法相同;抗真菌抗体的特异性是衡量抗体质量的一个重要的指标,只有特异性较好的抗体才能从农副产品众多的污染真菌中鉴别检测出目的真菌。
In this paper, the types and purification of fungal antigens, the purification of anti-fungal antibodies and their specificity and the application of serology in the detection of agricultural and sideline products contaminated fungi were reviewed.
