教育和谐主要是指师生关系,和谐的师生关系是教学工作得以顺利进行的前提条件,也是提升教学质量的一个重要途径,教师行动研究对和谐师生关系的构建起着积极的作用。
Educational harmony mainly refers to the relationship between teachers and students. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students is a prerequisite for teaching work to proceed smoothly. It is also an important way to improve teaching quality. The research on teacher action plays a positive role in the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.
