针对单工序二维平面锻造问题 ,对毛坯形状的选择进行了优化设计研究。以毛坯的高宽比表示毛坯的形状 ,并作为毛坯优化问题的唯一优化设计变量。以实际锻件超出预定理想直线部分的面积为目标函数 ,采用传统的黄金分割法作为优化手段 ,对毛坯的高宽比进行优化设计 ,进而确定最佳的毛坯尺寸。给出了目标函数的表示法及表达式和实施步骤 ,最后以一平面变形H形锻件为例 ,对毛坯形状进行了优化设计 ,取得了明显的效果
Aiming at the single-plane two-dimensional plane forging problem, the optimization design of the rough shape is studied. The aspect ratio of the blank represents the shape of the blank and serves as the only optimization design variable for the blank optimization problem. Taking the area of the actual forging beyond the predetermined ideal straight line as the objective function, the traditional golden section method is taken as the optimization method to optimize the aspect ratio of the blank to determine the best blank size. The representation of the objective function, the expression and the implementation steps are given. Finally, taking a plane deformation H-shaped forging as an example, the shape of the blank is optimized and the obvious effect is obtained
