枳壳去瓤,目前还没有机械化,只有采用竹刀或药刀一个个挖去瓤,这种手工操作费工费时,成为饮片加工单位的负担.为此,我们对传统的去瓤方法行进了改进,采用切片后靶头疏动法去瓤,现介绍如下. 方法:先将枳壳洗净,在冬春季时入清水中浸泡30分钟,夏秋季则用清水淋润.润透后,切3毫米丝片,干燥、冷却后放入箩内,用4齿小铁靶来回疏动,每次可撞3~4公斤,约2分钟,然后筛去瓤即得.
